Not Receiving Emails? Check Your Spam/Junk Folder Print

If you are not receiving Welcome Emails, Invoices, or Support replies, please check the following:

  1. Check Spam/Junk Folder: Email providers often filter automated emails. If you find our email there, please mark it as "Not Spam".
  2. Whitelist Us: Add our email address to your contacts or safe senders list.
  3. Verify Your Email: Ensure you didn't make a typo during registration. You can check your email address in the Client Area.
